US Supreme Court Rules on Restrictions on Religious Rally in New York – CBS New York

New York (CBSNewYork) — The United States Supreme Court ruled against Governor Andrew Cuomo, temporarily blocking restrictions on religious service in New York.
Cuomo has imposed a capacity limit on the place of worship in the red and orange zones as a way to counter the coronavirus pandemic.
A 5-4 decision was made after midnight, opposed by Judge John Roberts and three library judges in court.

Similar cases of restrictions in Nevada and California led to opposition.
