Two killed in McDonald’s shooting in Tallahassee, Florida

Two people were killed in a shooting outside a McDonald’s store in Tallahassee, Florida, according to local officials and witnesses. No arrests were made immediately.
The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. Thursday when police were called out to a McDonald’s on the 2020 W. Pensacola Street block in Tallahassee.
“When officers arrived at the scene, they found two adult men dead in the parking lot,” police said in a brief statement.
The circumstances of the shooting have not been released, but police said they were investigating it as a double homicide. No arrests were made immediately.
“This continues to be an open and active investigation and will be updated as more information becomes available,” police said.
The victim has not yet been identified, but McDonald’s said no employees were involved in the shooting.
