SantaCon NYC 2022: NYC’s bars and streets participate in the world’s biggest holiday party.

New York City (WABC) — If you’re planning to go to New York on Saturday, expect to see a very jolly Santa all over town.

Santakon is back, so they’re enjoying more than eggnog.

The party kicks off at 10am on Saturday, and whether you plan to join in for the fun or avoid the practical jokes, the event provides a map of all the streets and businesses involved in the festival.

The event kicks off around Broadway and 40th Street, heading to participating bars and clubs including John Sullivan’s at 210 West 35th Street, Pando 39 at 6th Avenue and Stags Head at 252 East 51st Street There is a huge dance party up front that will get everyone excited.

Meanwhile, the MTA is doing its part to keep things from getting too hilarious. The MTA prohibits alcohol consumption on Metro-North and Long Island Railroad from Saturday morning to Sunday noon.

More cops than usual patrol the trains to ensure no one is on the naughty list.

In the last decade alone, organizers have raised over $900,000 for charity through SantaCon.
