Puma Hosts Inflatable Fashion Extravaganza at New York Fashion Week

DESIGNERS blew the rulebook at New York Fashion Week this month with an extravaganza of inflatable fashion.

The ‘Futrograde’ show featured sophisticated high-fashion silhouettes, including a teal balloon puffer jacket, puffy green plastic trousers and brown tapered trousers with floating arms.

Ahead of German sportswear brands Puma75th anniversary next year.

The show was designed to capture the past, present and future of the label.

Heiko Desens, Global Creative Director and Head of Innovation, Puma, said: trend: “Nobody knows exactly where the future is headed, so we’ve been able to be experimental”.
