He grabbed her bag violently, then got into the car and ran away. The victim was not injured. Her bag contained a credit card, a key, and a cell phone.
About 30 minutes later, police say the same man hit and dragged a woman to the ground while trying to steal her purse near Richardson Street and Graham Avenue.
The victim suffered pain and bruises on her head and eyes, but refused treatment. The suspect did not let go of the victim’s property.

Approximately 30 minutes after the second incident, police say the suspect got into a woman’s car on Nassau Avenue, beat her, pushed her out of the car, and got out of the car.
The vehicle was later found to have been abandoned on Withers Street and Vandervoort Avenue. According to police, the vehicle was still in motion and the driver’s side door, rear door, and rear bumper were damaged.
All three incidents occurred on June 5th.
