NYPD: Woman with walker pushed to ground and robbed in Queens parking lot

Police are trying to identify a person wanted in connection with a robbery in a Queens parking lot on December 9, 2022.

New York — A woman using a walker was pushed to the ground and robbed, police said. queens On Friday.

It happened in a parking lot on 35th Street between 74th and 75th Streets. Jackson Heights.

Police said an 85-year-old woman was walking through a garage when someone approached her and pushed her to the ground.

The person then took the wallet from Walker and fled.

Surveillance video captured him entering the transit system at the 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue stations.

The victim was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

The stolen wallet contained the woman’s ID and credit cards.
