According to police, the 26-year-old was shot in the buttocks and the 20-year-old was shot in the leg. Both were expected to survive.

A police spokesman said the victim was standing with a group of friends when “a man had just appeared and started shooting.”

Words were not exchanged, video show.

There was no immediate arrest.
