NYPD: Man stole $5,000 worth of clothes from woman’s apartment after climbing fire escape

new york Police are looking for the man who climbed the fire escape, broke into the woman’s apartment, and stole $5,000 worth of clothing.

Surveillance video captured the suspect exiting the 53-year-old woman’s building on West 19th and 7th Avenues with her clothes and getting into her car.

it happened thursday morning Chelsea.

Investigators said they were looking for a dark Mazda CX-5. new jersey plate.
