Neighbors form a human chain and rescue two rare black swan on Long Island

Recently, a bird was found in a stream in Sausold.
Locals combined hands and kayaks to form human chains and protected swans until rescue teams arrived.
The swan is believed to have been abandoned by someone who owns the swan.
Authorities say they are tame and cannot protect themselves in the wild.
Once captured, both swans were taken away and settled down.
A group of long island orchestration for nature said they would take care of the birds until they found a suitable home.
The group says it has already received some offers.
