“Miracle” has a new home for the holidays.
According to Animal Services in Volcia County, Florida, the German Shepherd dog, which survived unharmed and earned her name after being thrown out of the motel’s balcony on the second floor, was placed in foster care.
The elastic dog is under the control of animal services after her owner, Alison Murphy, was arrested when a Sheriff’s agent in Borusha saw her throw the dog on the balcony railing. It was in. The case and her arrest were captured on Monday by a police officer’s body cam.
Congressmen were called to the motel by staff who said Murphy had attacked the maid.
Miracle, who landed on her foot, was examined at a veterinary clinic. The vet had some abrasions and bruise on his paw and a needle on his left hind thigh. It’s not clear how the needle got there, but it was added to the investigation of felony animal cruelty against Murphy.
TMZ reported that Miracle would leave the new foster parent anonymous as the criminal case is underway. She has to wait until she is permanently adopted after the criminal case is resolved.
Animal Services will present evidence to the judge on December 28 to ensure that the miracle is not returned to Murphy.
