November 28 (UPI) — Frontier Airlines has cut its customer service phone lines to force travelers to book flights and make travel changes online.
Frontier Airlines announced the switch On Monday, the Denver-based carrier said it would go fully digital following the transition, which was completed over the weekend.
“Our customer care function recently transitioned to fully digital communications, which helps ensure that our customers get the information they need as quickly and efficiently as possible,” Frontier said in a statement. Frontier Airline’s phone number is still available, but now goes to recordings telling customers where to get help.
