Florida residents ask court to throw Biden’s Maskman date for a trip

Two Florida residents and a group advocating for freedom of health have filed a federal proceeding to overturn President Biden’s obligation to mask the trip.

The 30-page complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of Florida on the same day that the Supreme Court rejected another man’s bid to suspend mask requirements last Tuesday.

The two women claim they are worried about wearing masks on long-haul flights because of anxiety and fear of panic attacks.

The complaint that President Biden did not legally carry out federal mask mandates alleges that the executive order violates Article 10 of the Amendment and protects the state’s residents’ right to patrol the public health.

“The executive order does not cite the legal authority to support its broad and widespread mission and does not explicitly mention national emergencies,” the proceedings said.

They are asking the court to set aside the federal mask obligation and rule it illegal.

A spokesperson for the Justice Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the court battle.

In January after taking office, Mr. Biden signed an executive order requiring him to wear a mask on federal land. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 on planes, trains, buses and boats, you need to wear a face mask.

However, the Freedom of Health and Defense Fund, which joined women in Florida in the proceedings, said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention should not be police.

“The lack of legal authority to do so forced these non-elected, irresponsible technocrats to wear masks when all American citizens travel,” said the Health and Freedom Defense Fund. President Leslie Manukian said. “We believe that Americans have the right to think for themselves and make their own medical choices without government intervention.”

On Saturday, the Federal Court of Appeals upheld the cruise mask requirements.

The latest submission to challenge the mandate in Florida was submitted last week, and on the same day Judge Clarence Thomas rejected another man’s attempt to suspend the mandate without comment.
