Florida Amber Alert: Leon Scarborough Kidnapped in St. Lucie County

An Amber Alert has been issued in Florida for Leon Scarborough, a 12-year-old boy suspected of being kidnapped by his father in St. Lucie County, local authorities said. Anyone with information should call him 911 immediately.
Leon was last seen on Thursday at Block 6500 Nuevo Lagos in Fort Pierce, according to Friday’s Amber Alert. Details about the circumstances of the abduction were not immediately made public.
The suspect is Leon’s father, Tracy Scarborough, 54. He is described as a white, bald man with hazel eyes, who is 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. His residence is in Indian River County.
Leon is described as a 12-year-old Caucasian male with blond hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. When he was last seen, he was wearing a dark shirt, shorts and yellow crocs. He is known to wear a large silver chain around his neck.
An orange warning was displayed saying “If you find it, please stay away.”
