Female Long Island bodyguard charged with robbery, assault, kidnapping

Floral Park, Long Island (WABC) — A female Long Island bodyguard is now facing charges of robbery, assault and kidnapping.

Nassau County Police said April Summers, 35, had promised the victim a date through an advertisement posted online.

The accusers allege that Summers will demand more money once the meet-and-greet begins and will steal it if he refuses.

She is also accused of attacking several people and driving them into cash machines to force them to make large withdrawals.

Police did not disclose the number of accusers.
