November 17th – Goodbye week and injuries continue to influence the 2020 fantasy football season. Pay attention to the league exemption wire and continue your constant efforts to improve your team.
I chose some of my favorite players for this week’s exemption wire. Some of my goals can improve your team quickly, while others can provide value in the playoffs.
In the 11th week, four more teams will say goodbye. This can affect your roster and your opponent’s roster. Make sure you have a player with a good matchup in your lineup.
Drew Brees, a quarterback in New Orleans Saints, and Miami Dolphins, backed by Salbon Ahmed, are one of my top priorities for the 11th week.
It also targets some backup running backs that have shots to help you get on the road and for good players who may have been dropped for goodbye in the 10th week of your league You should check the free agent list.
The San Francisco 49ers, New York Giants, Chicago Bears, and Buffalo Bills players have a buy for the 11th week and should be removed from all starting lineups.
We’ve added more favorite players targeting this week’s exemption wire, sorted by priority and position. The players I listed before Wednesday’s exemption period have lower ownership in standard size leagues.
The top players to add and drop in the 11th week are:
All additional teams
QB | Jameis Winston; RB | Salvon Ahmed, Naiheim Hines; WR | Jacoby Myers, Marques Valdes-Scantling; TE | Dalton Schultz; D / ST | Charger; K | Rodrigo Blankenship
QB | Alex Smith; RB | Wayne Galman Jr.; WR | Jakim Grant, Keeran Cole; TE | Tray Burton; D / ST | Panthers
QB | Nick Foles; RB | Jerrick McKinnon; WR | Preston Williams, Scott Miller; TE | Jordan Reed
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees opened the door to backup quarterback Jameis Winston after suffering a rib injury in the tenth week. Winston should be lined up to start for the saints of the 11th week, and perhaps for additional games.
As long as he snaps as a starter for the team, I hope he will take advantage of Saints’ favorable schedule and the team’s overwhelming talented skill position players.
If you need a goodbye weekly exchange or streaming starter, add Winston to your roster right away. If you are desperate for that position, he can even help you make the playoffs.
The Miami Dolphins seem to have found a top running back in Salbon Ahmed.
The rookie showed a flash of electricity in the 9th week, 90 yards from the scrimmage, before scoring a score in the 10th week. I hope Ahmed will continue to work in the dolphin backfield. He must be an RB2 streamer or flex play for the rest of the season, based on the match.
The New England Patriots have been on the quest to find a playmaker throughout the season. The team seems to have found it on the wide receiver Jacovi Myers.
Myers has at least four catches in each of his last four games. He won the 12 best career catches at 169 yards in the 9th week and showed a more dynamic skill set in the 10th week.
Myers (former high school quarterback) threw a touchdown pass on Sunday, catching five times at 59 yards. I hope the Patriots will continue to give him the ball. If you’re in a league of at least 14 teams that need three wide receivers in your lineup, he’s a decent goodbye week entry.
The Dallas Cowboys tight-end Dalton Schultz may have been dropped into your league due to his team’s 10th week farewell. If your league needs to start a tight end and there are at least 12 teams, he’s worth adding an exemption wire this week.
Schultz is a touchdown or bust play, but the Cowboys faced a Minnesota Viking defense and could offer value in the 11th week with the fifth-most receiveyard tight end.
