After her professional career ended, Kineman coached at college level and helped lead the team to the SEC Championship, including time for LSU staff. During the 2018 SEC Tournament, she led LSU goalkeeper Caroline Brockmeier to the honor of the Tournament MVP.
In 2017, Kineman joined 29 other female soccer players to play the game on Mount Kilimanjaro.
