College Hoops, Celebrity Golf, Mike Tyson Match Top Weekend Sports

November 27 – Peyton Manning and Stephen Curry will be fighting Phil Mickelson and Charles Barkley in a celebrity golf match at one of the major sporting events this weekend. Dozens of soccer, basketball and soccer games meet the schedule.
The college basketball season of 2020-2021 begins on Wednesday and the game’s opening wave continues through the weekend.
Gauntlets for college and NFL football games and national and international football games should also offer plenty of entertainment on Thanksgiving weekends.
Boxing legend Mike Tyson will also be performing at an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. on Saturday. The UFC fight is also packed with schedules for Saturday’s sporting events.
College basketball is back
Gonzaga, ranked second in the coach’s vote, will play in the first men’s basketball game aired nationwide on Friday. The bulldog fights Auburn at 11am EST in Fox.
Fourth Virginia did not have a chance to defend the 2019 championship as last year’s men’s basketball tournament was canceled due to a coronavirus pandemic. Cavalier will fight San Francisco on ESPN Friday at 11:30 EST.
No. 5 Kansas, No. 6 Iowa, No. 7 Wisconsin, No. 10 Illinois will also appear in court on Friday. The 8th Duke and 12th Michigan State University will be one of the teams active on Saturday.
No. 9 Kentucky will fight Richmond on ESPN Sunday at 1:00 pm. No. 13 Texas Tech, No. 17 Arizona, No. 18 Houston, No. 23 Ratgars, No. 24 Ohio is one of the other top teams active that day.
Celebrity golf
Golden State Warriors Guard Stephen Curry and NFL legend Peyton Manning will face Basketball Hall of Fame Charles Barkley and PGA Tour star Phil Mickelson at 3 pm on TNT Friday.
Alternative shot match play competitions take place at Mickelson’s Stone Canyon Golf Club in Oro Valley, Arizona. Each player wears a microphone throughout the competition.
Mickelson and Tiger Woods appeared in the first edition of a match in Las Vegas two years ago. Mickelson then teamed up with Tom Brady to fight Manning and Woods in their second match in May.
Revenues from the Friday event will go to the Historically Black Colleges.
Mike Tyson Match
Two of the best boxers of all time will fight in an exhibition match. Mike Tyson will face Roy Jones Jr. at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Saturday. The event will be broadcast in pay-per-view.
Tyson, 54, hasn’t fought since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005. The Hall of Famer has a career record of 50-6. Jones, 51, has a 66-9 mark and fought last in 2018. He won the last four battles.
Tyson is favored to win matches on most sports betting websites. The main event is one of seven games with two cards. The first card begins at 8 pm with a heavyweight match between Joe Cusumano and Gregory Corbyn. The main card starts at 9 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Vidal Riley will fight Rashad Coulter in the first match of the main card. Badou Jack then fights Blake McCarnan and Jake Paul fights Nate Robinson in a light heavyweight match. Then Tyson and Jones take the ring for the main event.
