Bruce Willis’ wife Emma Heming celebrates his birthday with inspiring message about grief

When Bruce Willis turned 68 on Sunday, his wife, Emma Hemming, marked the day with a candid message about caring for someone with frontotemporal dementia (FTP).
“As you can see by my swollen eyes, I started the morning crying.” Hemming said in reel Posted on her verified Instagram.
In her continuing efforts to spread awareness about the realities of dealing with a dementia diagnosis in families, Hemming continues, “It’s important to look at all sides of this,” she said. I shared that
“I always get this message that people say to me, ‘Oh, you’re so strong. I don’t know how you do it.’ I have no choice.” I wish I could, but now she’s raising two kids too,” she said, referring to her two daughters, Mabel and Evelyn.
Hemming added, “Sometimes in our lives we have to wear big girl panties and get them. That’s what I do. Today is his birthday.”
