Seattle, WA: Boeing’s latest and largest 737 edition, the MAX 10, was introduced as part of Boeing’s recovery after the previous Max was based on safety concerns.
A larger variation of Boeing’s best-selling narrow-body aircraft family, the new jet flew over Washington, paving the way for testing and safety certification.
The company tried to avoid the controversy over Max’s landing for almost two years after the two crashes, so little was advertised about the first flight.
The new MAX10 version of the Boeing aircraft carries 230 passengers, targeting the 185-240-seater Airbus A321neo.
Boeing currently manufactures about 16 737 Max a month. Renton’s facility,Washington.
