Beating incident at Miami Central High School

A number of emergency services responded to Miami Central High School on Tuesday after someone called an “active shooter,” which was quickly ruled to be a hoax.
The incident began shortly after 9 a.m. Tuesday when police called out an “aggressive shooter” who had killed at least 10 people at Miami Central High School in West Little River. The school was immediately placed on Code Red blockade.
Officers searched the school but found no evidence of a shooting. No signs of anyone being injured.Miami-Dade police said it appeared to be a prank call that could have originated outside the United States.
Threats were also reported at Ronald W. Reagan/Doral High School in Doral, and several other schools in South Florida, but they were all determined to be hoaxes.
Schools across the United States have recently been hit by a wave of beatings, causing lockdowns and evacuations at dozens of schools.
