An insider’s perspective on how some races play out

With the midterm elections just days away, In Focus details some of New York’s biggest elections (Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller), as well as elections for the U.S. Senate, Congress, and seats in the state and Senate. Checking it up. JoDee Kenney sat down with Albany County Democratic Commissioner Jake Crawford and some of these races, including the highly controversial gubernatorial race between incumbent Kathy Hochul and Republican challenger Lee Zeldin. We heard an insider’s take on how it might unfold. Crawford also shares his views on whether Democrats have a chance of maintaining a majority in the state legislature and the implications a re-election might have. It also explains how hot issues affect voters.
