After all, Charlie Brown Special aired on TV in PBS trading

New York — Great Pumpkin has never aired on television this year, but Charlie Brown’s Thanksgiving and Christmas Specials will be aired again after signing PBS.

Last month, Apple TV + became the new home for our beloved Peanut Holiday Special. It caused protests from viewers accustomed to watching on network TV each year. Apple offered to stream each special for free for a few days, but it still kept online petitions collecting hundreds of thousands of signatures.

On Wednesday, Apple succumbed to the backlash and announced that it had partnered with PBS for ad-free broadcasts of “Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” (November 22nd) and “Charlie Brown Christmas” (December 13th). ..

Both specials are free for Apple TV + for a three-day period (November 25-27 for “Thanksgiving” and December 11-13 for “Christmas”). For subscribers, the special will be available from November 18th. December 4th, respectively.
