A nine-year-old girl was reportedly killed and two other young children injured on suspicion of drive-by shooting two blocks away in a residential area of ​​North Carolina on Monday night.

Boys aged 9 and 7 were shot. Both victims were reportedly taken to the hospital, where the girl was sentenced to death.

About 90 minutes later, a 10-year-old child was shot dead near New Bern Avenue, the report said.

The shooting suspect was believed to have fired from within the white Honda Accord, police said, citing witness testimony.

According to the report, the victims of the second shooting suffered life-threatening injuries.

No arrests were made by late Monday night, and police sought advice from the general public.

“If we see this innocent child killed and another innocent child injured, we must help resolve these cases,” the Statesville police said in a statement obtained by the press.
